Thursday update

Memaw had her hip surgery wednesday evening & she is doing much better. they could not put her to sleep because of her heart, but they did a spinal block instead. Her heart is enlarged in the top right quadrant. but it is beating normally now. they are supposed to be getting her up today & start physical therapy on that hip today as well. Kathy is supposed to be getting her cane today, & home health is going to be dismissing her today as well, because she is doing so well with this. I am so glad too!

this is another crazy 2012 finish. underneath is my cat Sparta, see he likes to stitch with me. lol I do have him some of his own floss to play with - so he will leave mine alone. but for the most part he doesn't bother my stitching. unless he just wants attention. on the other hand Dizzy- loves to play with all my stitching.lol but she is younger too!!!!!!!!!! lastnight I went out side & looked up & saw this a nail hanging there. it is actually in a spiderweb. but you have to see to believe:

It is gonna be a busy weekend for us, i have to clean house tonight, & tomorrow I have to start cooking, cupcakes, & sausage balls. We are have Dez & DC baby shower on Sat at my house. So it has to have the illusion of clean.lol I can't wait til baby Colton gets here, he is already being spoiled rotten & doesn't even know it yet. lol His due date in July 15, but looks like he will come before then. I will post pix of momma Dez ater the shower Sat. Sorry this has been long. I have done a few things this week. have a great weekend.
