but Jeramiah Swafford's step father was found GUILTY of Aggrvated child abuse not MURDER. this just makes me sick. that baby was only 2, when he died. The mother(if that is what you call her) is going on trail in March of this year. So maybe she will be found guilty of murder.
This just rubs me the wrong way. I know insent until proven guilty. but at least he was found guilty on 1 thing though. but only 5-15 years in prison. is it fair?
update to this story. the step father was found dead in his prison cell. coronoer said cause of death was a brain aneruysum. Karma huh?
