Been to long

Just looking at my blog... I have been a bad blogger. lol
If it weren't for the blog hops I would not of updated...
It has been a long fall season thats for sure.


Kathy has been doing well. They have finally got her approved for her new meds she needs to take. This is a pill to help with the cancer in her bones. She has to take them 4 times aday. luckly we got help paying for them, if not she said she wasn't going to take them. Because he part of the payment would of been $1,700.00. yes you read that right. She has started them -- the one side effect she is having is diarrhea & it's bad they told her to stop taking it for a couple of days & then start back , this time only take 3 a day. Of course her appetite comes & goes with all this too.

I have been have been staying with my memaw as well. & she Passed on NOv 9, 2012. It has been a little hard on me, but Thursday nites were my night to spend with her. I spend thurs nov 8th with her. we got up around alittle after 6am gave her her meds @ 6:30 & repostioned her. We( MY aunts Doris & Nancy) also spent the night with her too! went to check on her and let her know that coffee was ready & she was gone, that quick. We knew this was coming. I am so glad she is not suffering anymore. But I miss her so. SOmetimes I feel I lost a mom instead of a memaw. I am much closer to memaw that my own mom.

Colton is getting so much bigger. he weighs in over 15lbs now. trying to get some teeth in & he has already started baby food. He is just a doll baby.
