this is in my hometown Shelby NC we are trying to restore... take a look
we also have just opened the don gibson theatre( after th e late great Don Gibson- country music star-- born here & buried here in Shelby)
hopefully soon -- our old courthouse (after renovations) will reopen as th EARL SCRUGGS museum. another of our native sons(also country/bluegrass music) the other Shelby son in country music is jimmy wayne.
