What a week has this been. It's only Thursday. I don't really kow why this week has drug on for me, but it has. only 1 more day then the weekend. ANd the start of SPRING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!! I am so ready.
DC has ranked up yet again in ROTC. He is now a Airman First Class. The have an Aor FOrce ROTC drill competition this weekend in Charlotte NC . I am looking forward to watching him, & hoping he participates. As he is the first alternate. Then they will have another one in May & it will be here in Shelby, NC @ the mall.
David is fianlly off, after 7 days straight. He is completely tired. not been an easy week for any of us.
Started on Sat 3-13, dc had a friend over & they were palying the x-box 360-- when it went red( for those of you who don't know the red ring of death- the thing goes & IS GONE FOR GOOD) needless to say DC did try & work on it Sun.(had to go to lowe's & buy another tool). still it was dead, no coming back to life for it.
Today David is going to go get them another one. Maybe I will be able to get some peace & quite. (YEAH RIGHT)
I did take more pix of DC in his uniform yesterday, so I will post pix later

ReplyDeleteXbox 360 is very good about servicing those with the red ring of death. Two of my sons and hubby have all had one die and they were replaced. Just contact Xbox and they can tell you if it is covered. I think it took about 2 - 4 weeks turn around time from when we sent them in (postage paid through UPS) and the replacements delivered. Check into it as they aren't cheap.
bad thing is... it is NOT under warranty anymore..
ReplyDeleteSpring is definitely here in the UK thank heaven, winter seems to have lasted ages. Bad luck on the Xbox, hope you can get it fixed.

ReplyDeletecould not get it fixed -- microsoft wanted 100.00 just to look at it to see if it could be fixed. if it couldn't we would be without the monies. i don't think so.
